Refund Policy

At Fern and Wild, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:​

    • Custom or personalised orders

    • Sale items (if marked as final sale)

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@fernandwild.co with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@fernandwild.co and we will make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
