Your basket will automatically show one of each arrangement size.

Don’t worry, you can easily adjust this.

ADJUST YOUR ORDER

Use the quantity dropdown next to each size to select how many you would like.

If you don’t want a particular size, simply delete it from your order.

You can choose one size or mix multiple arrangements depending on your space.

ORDERING MULTIPLE ARRANGEMENTS

If you’re ordering more than one arrangement, you can apply a discount at checkout:

 

  • 2 displays → use code MULTI2

  • 3 displays → use code MULTI3

Can I choose which arrangements I want?

 

Yes. At checkout you can select your preferred sizes and adjust quantities. You can choose one size or mix multiple arrangements.

 

You’re welcome to guide the overall look by selecting your preferred colour palette (brights, pastels or muted tones), or you can leave it entirely to us and we’ll design something that works beautifully in your space.

 

While we aim to accommodate preferences where possible, we’re unable to guarantee specific flowers. Each arrangement is thoughtfully curated to suit the season and your environment.

 

 

Why does the checkout show one of each size?

Our checkout automatically includes one of each arrangement to get you started. Simply adjust the quantities or remove any sizes you don’t need.

 

 

 

How do I apply a discount?

 

If you’re ordering multiple displays, you can apply a discount code at checkout:

MULTI2 for 2 displays, MULTI3 for 3 displays, and MULTI4 for 4 or more.

 

 

 

Can I choose the style of flowers?

 

Absolutely. Let us know your preferred style at checkout (brights, pastels or muted tones) and we’ll tailor your arrangements.

 

 

 

Do you update the arrangements?

 

Yes. We refresh your displays monthly with seasonal updates to keep your space looking current.

 

 

 

Is there any maintenance required?

 

No. We take care of everything, including installation, styling and ongoing refreshes.

 

 

 

Where do you deliver?

 

We offer free delivery and installation within 10 miles of NN13. If you’re outside this area, get in touch for a personalised quote.

 

 

 

Do I own the arrangements?

 

No. All arrangements are provided on a rental basis and remain the property of Fern & Wild.

 

 

 

What happens after I subscribe?

 

We’ll contact you within 24 hours to arrange installation and discuss your space and preferences.

 

 

 

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

 

Yes, just get in touch and we’ll help adjust your arrangements or discuss your subscription.
